Born on the 8th of September 1948 , I began my theological studies in 1965 completed L.Th of Serampore in 1969. I did my B.D from Union Biblical Seminay in the year 1972 and M.Th. in Old Testament from the Senate of Serampore through United Theological College, Bangalore in 1979. Served as a teacher for three years in between. Married in 1974, we went to England and completed our course in Linguistics and Bible Translation through the Wycliffe Bible Translators. While on a translation project for the Alu Kurumbas of the Nilgiris, we left the project in 1991, when I became ill and my legs were semi-paralysed. Now staying at Coimbatore my ministry is to pray and to promte prayer awareness. My wife, Joyce, is the youngest daughter of (late) veteran evangelist M.E. Cherian of Madurai, Tamil Nadu, S.India. We have five children, three of whom are in ministry.

I am delighted to see your website today. You are a living example of answers to prayer. Now a days, most of the believers are very busy with wordly things and are not finding an effective meaningful time for prayer. This website will definitely challange people to devote more time for prayer, to maintasin a desciplined prayer life and to pray more fervantly.
